Problem reinxtalling NewBlueFX_Titler_Pro_Express

I'm trying to reinstall NewBlueFX_Titler_Pro_Express_-_NewBlueFX_Looks_160824_1_0_0_0 the that came with the VegasPro 14 bundle, but the process stops when "Old installation for Title 3.0 not found". This is the first time I have VP14 and NewBlue so I'm lost.

It stops for a while, but it should then continue until it is finished
