Problem rendering to quicktime (Movie Studi)

Hi there I am using Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10

everything was fine but all of a sudden I have a problem rendering to quicktime(.mov). I have rendered quicktime before just fine.

When I click render then save it goes from 0%-100% in 1 second and only leaves a .sfl file behind....nothing is rendered.

-The whole video is selected
-It renders to other formats just fine
-I'm was running QT 7.6.8 now i tried running quicktime 7.5 ....no change

any help would be nice

What are your render settings?
Quicktime templates will often not render unless the size is in a standard format. It's a QT thing, not Vegas.

This is happening at all settings , from default to 3mbs

I just uninstalled/reinstalled the program and its the same problem :(

Can you upload an original sample of your source media to Mediafire, and post all of your project and render properties?

Would be worth looking into . . .

Hi there do you think that is necessary when it won't render a previously rendered .mov file? Like I tried rendering a .mov I made last week into a different size like from 3mbs to 512 but it does the same thing as other formats into .mov
