Hi Eric! Whenever I launch. From either the start menu or shortcut from my desktop.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled. Turned off firewall and security. No luck...That problem "Unmanaged Exception (0x0000005)" always pops up as soon as I click to launch the product.

Are you able to tell us your used hardware as Windows version, CPU, GPU, and where did you install this program (location)

i suspect j-v meant where on your pc you installed! C drive hopefully.

VMS17 is only fully compatible with Win 10 although I assume it will still install on Win 8.1 but then I'm not completely confident on that.

Following the specs the program needs W10, installing is something else than using and if you want to use the program you need W 10.
