problem with blackbars

I've tried pan and crop and maintain ascpect ratio is off. Tried adding new clips but they're all the same. http://prntscr.com/ggv58w

In your screenshot I just see a cropped frame. This is what a cropping tool is primarily meant to do.

I want to get rid of the blackbars, did I missclick something? It's never been like this before.

Then you need to select "Stretch to framesize" (or "Stretch to fill frame" – I don't have the English GUI available) in the Source menu. Beware if you de-selected to maintain aspect ratio, chances are there still will be a black bar left because mismatching aspect ratios.
