I discovered that trying to add chapters to a mpeg2 file that was created with TMPGenc results in only the sound being advanced, the picture just freezes up. The preview shows it working fine. No workaround that I can see.

Mpeg2 files created with the MC encoder works fine, does anyone else have problems with other encoders? Obviously, I don't want to re-encode files here.
