Problem with Matshita CW 7502 and CD architect!

I am a D.J trying to burn a mixed audio CD with no gaps (2 second
pause in between each
song) but I still want to be able to forward to the next song, so I
need some markers. CD
Architect is the perfect program for that, but when I try to burn it
says:

"There is no disc in the drive," and the help function mentions this:

The drive is reporting that there is no disc in the drive. This may
also happen because the drive
does not “like” the particular media that you are using. If you know
that a disc is in the drive,
try a different disc or a different brand of media.

Now, I tried everything possible, I can't burn anything, not even a
simple 5 seconds wave file.

Does anybody know why?

Thanks 4 the help,
...... Bassey ........

I have that burner, and it really doesn't like Maxell discs. Sony,
TDK, and Fuji have worked great
for me.
