Problem with movie from VMS 4.0

I have used VMS 4.0 and DVDA 2.0 to produce and burn movies many times but recently ran into a problem. I can burn the movie with DVDA but not with Nero. Nero error said invalid file name. Well I tried to change the file name and the system would not let me. I then made the same movie with a different file name and got the same error message from Nero. Now is where it gets weird. I tried to delete both files and got this error message "cannot read from the source file or disk". Any suggestions? Or do I have 2 files on my drive that will be there forever? Thanks in advance.

First, do a hard re-boot, and see if the probles persists. If so, instead of using Explorer, use another shell, like 'total commander' (it's free, just google for it), and try renaming it (ordeleting it).

Thanks Ivan I will try that. Do you have any idea how this file came to be that way and how to avoid in the future?
