Have you ever encountered this kind of problem when importing mp4 videos? I have this problem with several mp4 videos I created with vegas. This is version 20.

That's very likely an issue related to your computer's GPU. With that in mind, please provide your computer's specifications and especially what GPU you are using along with the driver build being used.

The driver of AMD Radeon is : 27.20.11020.14001
The driver of NVIDIA Geforce is : 31.0.15.4592
You've got two GPUs from different companies -which GPU was selected in Vegas Pro "Options/Preferences/Video (tab) - hardware decoder" and "Options/Preferences/File I/O (tab) - Hardware decoder"? Are they the same?

Looks like an old Radeon Graphics driver- try updating it and the issue will likely go away.
It indicates that my drivers are already the most recent :/
It's not-- that's 2 years old.

In the past I saw a number of other similar complaints with Radeon Graphics (integrated) and thought this might fix your issue, too.
