Problem with New Blue transitions in VMS8?

I recently upgraded to VMS8 - bought the whole box. The only problem I am having is, the New Blue effects logo appears on my screen anytime I add a transition.

I have been to their web site, and it does say there is a problem with the watermark/logo appearing on the screen in VMS8, and it told me to run some fixes, and it would go away.

I ran the fixes and the logo is still there. Does anyone have any idea how to get rid of this? My only other option is to just change to other transitions in my project, but I like the New Blue effects.

Have you registered the NewBlue Plug-ins? If not, you must type in the serial number.

There is an update coming out soon for a bug that flashes the watermark on the 2nd frame of blue transition.

The workaround is to preview the 1st blue transition in the vegas project and then render.

If this is not your problem, I sugest you contact blue and work it out with them. That's what I did. They have a great support team.

Thank you~

I have registered my products with the new serial numbers given, so I don't think that's causing the problem.
Fish eyes: When you say 2nd frame of the transition, what does that mean? I notice it only for a quick second when the transition is playing. Are you also saying that once I render, the watermark will disappear?

I have contacted new blue, and they didn't respond. They sent me an email with a link to visit their support page, and then the page showed no results.
