Problem with preview be lagged and rendering just stops on some %

Ok, I'll describe the problem that I have

I have Windows 10 and I use VEGAS Pro 17.0
Once I tried rendering a video with GPU Acceleration by checking "GPU Acceleration" with "Optional" in Preferences. I couldn't render faster, even with good Intel video card that I have, but I could render 100% long time later. But after that, I went back to the "GPU Acceleration" option and set the option to "Off" in Preferences. When I was editing my videos, the preview, for some reason, rewinds several times as if is lagging. And the worst part is that when it comes to rendering, it stops somewhere in % and stays there. I try to cancel, but VEGAS doesn't close the rendering, nor does it respond by closing the program itself. This is complicating me a lot.

I tried reinstalling VEGAS again, I even erased your data in AppData, but this problem still persists.

Maybe GPU Acceleration is stuck in the settings data and I don't even realize it.

Can anyone help me with this
I am grateful to anyone who gives me the solution to this problem

If you are ebabled to do that, you must have an GPU.
Which one is it and which drivers are installed for that one?
