Hi Litlbit,

Did you reinstgall it from the original purchased disc, or a download? If you downloaded and installed, it may install the full version but assume it is a 30 day trial until you enter your serial numbers. If that is the case it will look back to that period you had it installed and assume the 30 day trial has expired. This is just a guess!
