I have problem to access to some of my support tickets.
I can access to my support page, but when I clicks on some of my questions, I get the following error: “ Permission Denied, You do not have permission to access this document”.
Rosebud, I'm having the same problem, but only on the latest tickets. If I click one I created weeks ago, it works. If you have any which do work, then a workaround is to select that one, then click on the "My Support Account" tab, which will allow you to see the later ones.
