Problem with the preview in the program Sony Vegas Pro

Good morning

I have a problem with the preview in the program. I have a program on 2 computers. Everything works fine on one.

On the second, when applying, for example, a function, making changes in the settings, the preview is displayed only after closing the window itself.

As a result, I can't see in real time how this or that effect setting affects the image quality. So it is, for example, with the crop function. Changes will appear in the preview only after the window is closed.

Deleted the application already, installed it again. It doesn't help. From what I remember, during the first installation on this device, everything worked fine, then it stopped responding..

What could be the problem? How it can be eliminated.

- Windows 10 Home, 64-Bit

@Oleksandr-Martyniuk , when this is a laptop with a Nvidia GPU, switch the 3 D setting of that Nvidia card as shown on this pic

And also install the latest build 411 of VPro 20

BTW, since version 14 the product owner is not Sony anymore but Magix.
