Problema con codice attivazione Vegas pro

HI,

While working on a new video, vegas pro crashed and I could no longer open it with an error I can't remember the name of.

I tried to uninstall it, but now when I try to enter my serial number it gives me this error.

Internet works, I have also cleared all the cache of each of my browsers. What could be the problem?

Have you tried disabling your firewall and/or antivirus software when trying to register the software?

Cao Neal-Siddel thank you for replying to me, I just solved it thanks to your advice, I deactivated windows defender and I was able to register the software.

I had to stop my work for the past few days due to that problem 😡
