I've been working on a massive project that uses the Canopus HQ codec. Vegas 8 has played the files just fine with no issues. Unfortunatly my main computer "C" drive has died and I am now working off of my back-up files onto a different computer.

The new computer has V8 and the Canopus HQ codec installed. However V8 won't play video that is in the Canonpus HQ codec on this new computer. I can play the files in windows media player, winamp and in Edius - but not in V8. V8 just gives me an error message saying that "stream attributes cannot be determined".

Deadlines are looming and I need a solution.
