When I type my sentence in the first line and continue to the 2nd line, pressing ENTER would make the text on the screen move up by one line.
I want the text to always stand in the same vertical position. Can it be fixed?

Your screen grab shows the legacy text editor, try using the "Titles &Text" media generator instead and select either top center, top left, or top right to "pin" the text in the composition block. Of course, you can then move the text block around as needed while keeping the "pinned" reference should you need to edit the text.

My vegas version is 10, and it's simply called "text". I guess I won't be able to use this feature.
