Ran into two problems. First one, when I use the Picture in Picture effect black lines show up (show in the first image). Second one, I'm not abled to render using my AMD graphics card anymore.

1. This is a known issue with certain AMD GPUs, the development team is working on correcting it.
2. See if updating your GPU drivers helps. Even if you have recently, still check the Driver Update Utility in the VEGAS help menu and see if it recommends another driver, it will always select the best one to use.
