problems with WinDVD playback

I am doing corporate DVD Authoring and was wondering if anyone had a problem with DVD playback when using WinDVD on thier computers. Our company's standard computer load is WinDVD but it won't play back the video, it only goes to the menu. I have a first play set up and it skips this as well. I tried PowerDVD and it works fine... any help? I tried regular stand alone DVD players and that works as well...
Thanks!

I also had some problems with WinDVD on menuing. It wouldn't accept my clicks. I had to navigate with arrows and press the return key to simulate a click. Used DVDA 1.0c. Didn't try a "first play" though.

Please let us know if you figure out a workaround.

I think this is a WinDVD problem, not DVD-A. I have to use the keyboard and Enter keys on some commercial DVDs. I'm not sure what causes it.

I have been having similar playback problems. Have you found a solution as to why the titles only playback in PowerDVD?

No such luck yet... I will keep you informed if I figure it out... which I doubt...
