Product Registration

Yet another problem! I made a movie and tried to burn it to a DVD and found I needed to register first ... OK.

The registration won't work, call 800 .... no answer, call between ....

This sucks, I bought the product it should work without all of the BS

No more Sony software for me!

Hey Baldy don't give up. I've been using different video applications for a few years and stayed with Sony. With Sony the learning curve is not bad (I love those 'show me hows') and the forum is very helpful. I've learned a few tricks. I bought a Mac and Final Cut Pro and noticed the learning curve was tremendous. Also there were too many steps in doing simple tasks. I counted 5 steps in a process with FCP where in MS4 and Platinum I would just click. With computers side by side, the time it took me to do the 5 steps and waiting to render every event on the Mac, I had the PC whipping out nearly completed scenes with drag and drops. My camera guy was going to buy a Mac G5, but when he saw what I could do with the PC he opted for the savings of a good PC and software.
