product will not download

the product will not download just keep getting error code 14 i have checked all the numbers what else can I do thinking about canceling and getting my money back if this is how it's going to be im wanding if the software is this way

@dan-lutz Please make sure you have not downloaded the wrong product. That error would indicate that you have tried to enter a serial number for the wrong application. Make sure you are downloading the right Movie Studio application (either Platinum or basic).
