After install the program, I ca not find what size should the overlay that they call station bugs.

What size should the image be made?

Currently Production Assistant doesn't do any positioning or resizing so it expects a full screen overlay. For example, if you are using NTSC DV and you want the bug in the lower left corner, create a PNG overlay that is 655x480 with the bug in the exact position you want.
