Production Assistant 3.0 Extension not showing in Vegas Pro 14

I just purchased and installed Production Assistant 3.0 in a Vegas Pro 14 (build 270) system. There is a PA3 launch icon installed on the desktop but there are no extensions showing as being installed inside of Vegas.

I had Vegas closed when I installed PA3, so there shouldn't have been any locked files. What am I missing here?

System Specs:Asus P9X79, Intel Core-i7 3930k, 32GB Corsair DDR3, Radeon R9-290 OC 4GB, Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-bit

Just got the new installer and it fixed the problem. I believe VASST updated this in 2017. I can't believe that MAGIX is sending out obsolete software at this late date (2yrs. later)!
