Sony hasn't reported any problems to VASST. Can you give more information about exactly what you're seeing. Maybe some screen captures?

Does it accept the License Key? i.e., when you go to the About box does it show the license key or does it say it's a trial?

What tasks show up and which ones are missing?

If this was an upgrade to Windows 10 try completely uninstalling and re-installing Production Assistant to re-establish all of it's registry keys and files.

I assume you are referring to Production Assistant version 2.0 and not 1.0.
