I just installed the latest Movie Studio Platinum 12 and when I start the program it loads, then when a "welcome screen" would pop up it just sits there and basically hangs the software. I see that MovieStudioPlatinum120.exe process is taking up 13% CPU meaning it hangs an entire core. The welcome screen is blank I get the (not responding) in the title bar and it stays white. And I want to close the welcome window then the entire app is force closed and it won't run, period.

Any ideas how I can get it to work?
