I am trying to install on a new computer and it will not run - how do i get support? Version 13 platinum suite 64 bit build 955

Nick - is there a number to call because all the suggestions there did not work. I sent an email to create ticket and have not gotten a response.

There will be different soloutions:

AMD graphic? = Go to AMD Control Center at "Switchable Graphics Application Settings" and set the power saving of MovieStudio to "High Performance"
A lot of TapWin32 Adatapter OAS are running at the device Manager = delete them
Delete Quicktime 7
