Project Media Tooltips Pushed To The Right

I'm not sure if this is intended behavior or an oversight, but it does look odd.
When you hold your cursor over a longer bit of text, in the Project Media window, the tooltip is pushed over to the right.

Here's an oddity...
If your cursor is over the tooltip, you can't use the scrollwheel to scroll the Project Media window.
