The notes appear to be saved in the Vegas Pro project file itself. I haven't found a way to export them. Maybe the scripting folks have more insight.

howdy all, thanks for the responses.
As for individually copying them, this solution while technically viable for short projects is not viable for the current project I am which has 17 interviews over about 20-25hours of material. I will have around a thousand+ tags when I am done. I am looking for a way to bulk export or copy.

Yep...we should rectify that. Considering this feature is implemented and even stored with in the scripting layer, it is silly we don't have good access to it.
