It depends which one you have more footage of. 50p might be a better deal though if you're panning/zooming the pictures. It also depends if you live in the US or not, in which case 24p might be a better deal for DVDs than 50i. No matter what, don't forget to disable resampling on all of timeline before you export, or you will get ghosting when mixing and matching different frame rates.
