project rendering problem vegas 18

 Hello,
 I have a problem rendering projects longer than 2-3 minutes in the latest Vegas POST. I have already tried various program settings. All added effects, plugins are from Vegas. And while rendering, a window pops up:

I don't know what else can I change in the program and Win system settings..

The program is installed on a fresh system and hardware. What do you mean full reset. Reinstal all?
