For anyone creating an old movie effect...

I split an audio file I have of a movie projector running into three parts; startup, running and stopping. I split it this way so that the middle (running) portion could be made to run as long or short as you'd like in the timeline. Just use the beginning/ending clips at each end for the complete sound effect.
