"Prompt for the record folder in new projects

I accidentally checked the box that automatically prompts the record folder when you arm a track for record. Now it is off and I can't figure out how to get it back.
Can anyone help? Thanks

Try holding down shift and clicking on the arm button. It works for me in version 5.

Thanks I tried that and it works on an individual basis. It doesn't seem to restore the default setting

Yeah, you are right, it's kinda messed up, perhaps it's a worthy bug report.

I found the answer when I did a search of all my past posts to this forum and found that this had happened to me once before a few years ago. Check it out.
