Proxy-stream script for legacy vegas 9+10

I have an old quadcore system running Vegas 9 and 10.
I used to use proxy-stream and after a hard drive crash
recently I lost the proxy-stream script that used to be available
from http://sony.vegas.1.free.fr/

I didn't need it before as my system was running smooth
until the harddrive crash.
If anyone does have a copy of the script then I would be
most grateful.
