I have just finished editing my HD 5.1 video rendered as an M2TS file (10gb) I had forgotten that the PS3 only supports FAT32 and hence 4GB. Any ideas as to how I can load it on to my PS3 so I can play it back?
Burn it to a Blu-ray disc, or more simply, stream it from your PC to the PS3. You will need the free Tversity server software or something similar to work with that file.

I've tried Tversity. PS3 Media server is better. Virtually no set up required. All your conputer folders simply open over the ps3. if it's media of some kind that the PS3 can play, then the file will be visible. If it's not a usable file then you don't see it... couldn't get simpler.
Tversity is a lot of complication for really nothing extra.
PS3 Media Server (newest version) also works fine on those files. I run both Tversity and the PS3 Media Server (and other media servers) at the same time -- hey, they are both free and don't slow my system down. Tversity gives you more choices for photo viewing, such as automatically organizing by albums, keywords, etc. And offers much better organization for music. I have found the PS3 Media Server to be unreliable and cumbersome to set up for podcasts/Youtube (other than the preconfigured ones), compared to Tversity. I might be missing something that the PS3 Media Server does better; if so, please let me know.

Yeah... That's what I'm talking about... a lot of 'clutter'.
You're not connecting to a simple hard drive, with a lot of unorganized media but to a computer... and I don't know about you, but all my media is ALREADY organized. Don't need it done yet again.
