PSP content creation

I recently saw a little video tutorial on creating content for PSP. I can encode content but I also want to create a little thumnail image to go along with it. Any one know where the video tutorial is or have any pointers. Thanks.

With Vegas 6c, under tools, use the Eeort to PSP feature. The cursor position on the timeline will provide the thumbnail image.

I am actually creating PSP content for download from a web site. Not to sync to a player (which I don't own yet). So I want to provide the media and the thumnail image together on the web site. Viewers could then presumably grab both files and drop them into the appropirate folder for sync with their PSP.

The .thm file is actually a .jpg. Change the extension to .jpg for a website and to .thm for the PSP. Made things easy didn't they?
