PSP Media Manager

I have been looking at the PSP for my son and the Sony Media Software
banner now shows software to buy to make the videos and other projects.

My question, what media to use? Those mini DVD-R (-RW) disks?
Anyone been working on this new format?

The media is Sony Memory Sick Duo. The UMD disks are proprietary and there are no burners under $20,000 so it looks like Sony doesn’t want you to be able to burn UMD disks. A BIG mistake IMHO because movies in UMD format cost more than their DVD counterparts and most people already have the DVD’s. So all you have is very expensive memory sticks for your own content.

30-45 minutes would fit on what size memory?
Still will be fun on those long road trips.
