PSP Media Manager Problem

Well i got the media manager to make life easier with putting stuf fon the PSP however i cant even get into the program....I always get an error that says Common Language Runtime Debugging services, and then after i click debug another error comes up saying that the registered JIT deubugger is currently un availabe....Ive tried lots to try to fix it but nothing works can somebody PLEASE help me.

This is an error coming from the .NET framework. I would start by making sure you have the correct version of .NET installed that the PSP MM needs. I assume you've tried uninstalling and re-installing the media manager?
