Due to a crash, i lost all my information.
Somehow my e-mail file got corrupted and lost all my e-mails
I was able to login and get some license keys for my Vegas Video platinum 14, but missing the keys for Sonic Fire pro, and the plugin for it.
I was sure that that was in the e-mail. IS there a way to lookup your order online somewhere? I can't seem to find anything about it. I already e-mailed them, but waiting for a bit now.

If you can login on your Sonicfire Pro account you find there your serials.

I tried, and it's not. Even contacted them.

This is what they say:

The serial number for the full version of Sonicfire Pro 6 along with the Vegas plugin activation code would have been assigned to you on your receipt from Magix. If you still have your email receipt, check there and you should find them. We gave a batch of serial numbers and codes to Magix to distribute, but they are not automatically registered to your SmartSound account as it would be if you had purchased it directly from us, so unfortunately I do not have a way to retrieve what codes were assigned to you. Nevertheless, the email receipt should contain them, and if you do not have the email I am sure that Magix support would be able to resend the codes if needed

And I did e-mail them. but last time it took 7 weeks for an answer :(

You could try phoning Magix. Number and limited hours are at the bottom left of this page: http://www.magix.com/us/support/
