I am getting extremely frustrated at this whole endeavor! I bought the Product at Best Buy. Inside was a link and an code to initiate the whole process. The primary product activated fine, but the additional software included will not activate no matter what! a Magix sends me here. This site's FAQ says to go to retailer, but that makes zero sense, since the code is supposed to return to me an activation code. The Magix site only returned the activation for Movie Studio. The email did not contain ANY activation codes for the sound forge product or the PC check or Music maker. PLEASE do not point in another direction and then immediately close the ticket. Too frustrating! My technical level is that of a PC technician since 1986 and Network admin since 2002. I have never in my life experienced an activation this complicated and confusing. PLEASE HELP!?!
