Pyro A/V Link Audio Capture Problem

I'm using Pyro A/V Link to capture from a VCR.
My problem is : I get to capture video and i have the preview of the audio, but i don't get to capture it.
What's wrong ? In the SF Video Capture, Options->Preferences->Capture, the CAPTURE AUDIO box is checked. I don't know what is happening.
I need the help of somebody that already uses the pyro.

You need to check the DIP switches on the back of the unit and make sure they match the NTSC/Windows settings. That should clear the issue for you.

The DIP switches configurations were already tested. In the Ulead Video Studio, it works fine. I am not understanding
