Quantize to Frames

When using Quantize to Frames do reigons (clips) have to be selected for it to work?

Can using it make my video and audio out of sync?

Can using it on on clip make it out of sync with other clips?

I sometimes cant select the end of a clip even with snapping off

Unless you are using Vegas for editing audio only, you should have Quantize to frames turned on.

It should not cause any of the problems you list.

it doesnt look like an option but it looks like a command

I dont see where you turn it on or off, it just looks like something you "run"

It's a toggle. You turn it on or off.
