I am going crazy! 
I am simply trying to turn off snap/quantize to frames so I can drag my audio and video clip group fractionally to the right so it syncs with an audio file. It refuses to be dragged. It snaps to the second markers along the timeline which leave it way out of time with the other audio file. If I hold Shift and drag the group, it will not move at all. Can you please help before I go totally nuts. I've searched online and all I find is that in Options I can turn off Snapping or Quantize to Frames. In my Options menu there are just two options: Auto Ripple and Preferences and I cannot find anything in Preferences to help.  Please help as I've a vital project to complete.
