quantize worries

I started editing my project, then noticed "quantize to frames" was turned off. I switched it on and adjusted the in/out points of my clips to be on frame lines. But now I've noticed that the frame markers on the clip itself-- the little white triangles at the bottom of the clip-- rarely line up with the frame line. should I be worried about this? How can I correct it? Do I need to correct it? I'm editing NTSC DV in a NTSC property template and a NTSC Drop Frame timeline. Thanks!!

I wouldn't worry about it much. Vegas will automatically re-quantize the frames while previewing and rendering. The only problem you might have is that this re-quantizing will move the video clip to line up with the project's frames, but won't move the audio so you might end up with a loss of sync of up to half a frame. If it gets to be really noticeable then i would remove that clip and insert it again.

Thanks!! All my clips are MOS so I should be free and clear.
