I think we have all seen some footage or picture in black and white where only one color shows. For example if you were walking down a street wearing blue shoes. This effect would show everything in black and white but only the shoes would be blue.

I've heard you can do this with Vegas. I have Vegas studio 8 and 9 platinum.

If you can do this with vegas what is it called or how could I go about figuring it out.
