Question : mpeg 1/2 rendering

Well if i want to render my project at mpeg 1 or 2 format, he asks me to contact true internet. But there is no way for me to get on the internet, becuase i have no internet.. how could i get those plugins?

If you go through the register online dialog you will be told that the registering didn't work, and presented with a Retry button. If you retry 3(?) times you will finally be shown the serial number and ComputerID + a phone number to contact to register by phone.
Unless VV3 refuses to register online if you have no Internet connection?
