Question on how to do a certain affect in Sony Vegas

So I've been practicing with Vegas lately taking hours to learn my way around to be making montages. I've been using vegas for 2 months now and i do like it. There is just one thing hindering me, I need to know how to do this affect: (from 0:00 - 0:13 you may see. I am trying to make a montage and I've been "attempting" to learn how to get these camera angles. If you watch a few seconds futher beyond 13 seconds thats the original position that you would see. If anyone could walk be through on how to do this or any video tutorial would be greatly appreciated.

Could be a developer copy that lets you set the camera, an unlockable feature, or only specific scenes. Never played that game but I know console developers have been making dev editions for decades.

Nope this was made by a fan. There are many of these types of videos out there.

Are you asking how to do this in the game, or in Vegas?

Vegas can't change camera angles, just use existing footage. I thought your question was how to get the footage for the different angle.

You'd have to search for that in yahoo/google or go to a game forum.
