Ulf, I can do a lot with the guys in the bg, but the centre of attention, is blown too much to do much to it.

Ok, thanks Grazie - what would you do to the back guys then that I could try, just to make it slightly better?

Jeremy! I forgot ALL about that 'un!! Works a treat on Ulf's sample.

AND, if you pull the Low wheel towardsthe 318 ANGLE you get some great colourisation on the face of the lead singer.

Cheers Jeremy!

Thanks guys, you are FANTASTIC! :)

I'll try it out in the morning and get back with my results.

Thanks again :)

Good ole Malowz! And his obsession hey?

Grazie wrote on 4/23/2011, 12:51 PM
Oh my eye . . the expressions on those guys faces is priceless. Actually they look like extras from the Night Watch by Rembrandt.

Seriously, I'm so impressed with Malowz's approach, that I can actually SEE the bones and and hairs on the arm of the lead singer now - before they were all blown.

Just tried it out, and it is just great!!! :)

Thanks again Jeremy, Grazie and of course Malowz - could not be without this forum (or Vegas) for sure.

You guys ROCK :)

after that, you can also use the "color corrector secondary" to select the red-blow-out areas and add a little red, reduce a bit gamma, add saturation to make skin a little more smooth on the very bright areas, so it looks a little bit more natural (instead of a white blow-out)

I'm gonna try that extra one out tomorrow - thanks again Malows - you have made my day...!!
