Quick question on record file folder

How do I change the record to file folder? I know it is something obvious but I don't see it. Thanks

It's in the Audio tab of the Project Properties dialog box - go to file>properties, or press Alt+Enter, or click on the properties icon above the stereo mix bus.

Hope this is what you meant.
