Quick QuickTime Question

Hey, I'm trying to post a QuickTime film on the web. How do I render it in Vegas so that it doesn't stream but instead progressively downloads? In other words, plays what it has downloaded as it continues to grab the rest. Is that the "Fast start" option?

Are you using the Vegas encoder? I think that if you open the movie in a browser it will stream ( I know Windows Media does this, even ifnot from a streaming server).

Just right click & download it. That's what I do.

You might find a better answer for this over on the QuickTime site. And hopefully, you're using Quicktime Pro for any tweaks you might want to make (it's definitely worth the $29!).
