whats the quickest render from VV for - production review only- clips

i have to deliver clips as i work over the internet....quality isnt as important as qucik render with reasonable quality

Small frame size, reduced frame rate, single pass encoding.

AVI with Cinepak seems pretty fast. Try 320x240 or even 160x120 at 15fps. Rendering should go very very quickly, depending on (lack of) effects, titles, transitions, compositing, etc. The resulting clips will be pretty small too.
