Quicktime

I want to install Quicktime. I know to do a custom install and to install everything. My question is, which version of Quicktime does everyone with Vegas use - the free one or the pro one. What would the advantages of the pro version be for Vegas users, if any?

I've got the free, and so far the only 'benefit' I've seen is when you actually open the Quicktime player, the Pro allows you change some things in that video clip. Other than that, I haven't seen any fabulous differences!
